When someone gives me negative feedback, I immediately try to think of examples to prove him/her wrong. I remain positive in the face of failure. I get discouraged when I don't succeed at something right away When I have disagreements with people, I raise my voice. If I've done something wrong, the first thing I do is to figure out what caused me to make the error, and then look for solutions. It's hard for me to admit to myself when I'm in the wrong. When someone offers me a suggestion about how to improve my work, I try it out immediately. When someone has spoken negatively of my work, I become less motivated and don't work as hard.
