I think I would be good at managing and/or leading others. Climbing the corporate ladder would bring responsibilities and pressures that I don't want to deal with. I get nervous and/or stressed if I'm given a duty slightly above my present abilities. I thrive on change. It is easy for me to learn how to do a new task. I am prepared to learn even the most difficult new skills.
